This program is basically designed for in-service teachers who are still untrained and working in primary or upper primary schools. Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET): UPTET is a state-level entrance test that is conducted every year by Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB).
